I am a Founder and Co-Leader of the Aspen and Tokyo Chapters of Room to Read.
While living in Japan, I discovered an extraordinary global non-profit called Room to Read that is committed to bringing literacy to millions of children in the developing world. I launched the first Tokyo Chapter; then upon moving to Aspen, I founded the Aspen Chapter along with an amazing group of friends here in the Aspen Valley.
I believe that Room to Read is one of the most effective organizations tackling worldwide poverty today, as it brings large-scale change to the poorest populations, worldwide. In my view, bringing literacy to the developing world is the biggest game-changer of this century and I invite you to learn more about the organization that I donate a significant amount of my commissions to, each year.
