Wow! What a fantastic time to be in the Roaring Fork Valley! There’s still great snow for skiing, and 60-degree weather’s early return has brought with it ample hiking and biking opportunities.
The photo above was taken on one of our recent hikes to the top of Light Hill, between Basalt and Old Snowmass. To the lower right is Old Snowmass Valley, with Snowmass Mountain and Aspen Highlands stretching to the sky in the distance.
There’s also been a warm-up in the local real estate market, and 2015 is off to a great start. Sales are strong, and home inventory is shrinking. During the next few weeks we’ll be providing more specific information for Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, and Carbondale, so be on the lookout for those updates. We have a lot more to share with you.
