What a season it's been! Looking back over the extraordinary East Wall run that Fred and I skied on April 5, says it all. The snow just never stopped this winter and neither does the market activity. I am so thrilled that this season, visitors got more powder and sun than they could have dreamed of – and that I had more business than I could keep up with!
2014 is shaping up to be the year when buyers finally feel comfortable that the market isn’t getting worse and that if they don’t move soon, they might miss the best opportunity over the past 5 years to purchase in the Aspen Valley. This is the moment to take the plunge!
So – although I didn’t get to enjoy as many ski days as I’d have liked, I’m grateful that everyone else did! If you haven’t heard from me in a while, you now know why and I’m sending you all the very best springtime wishes from the Rockies!
