2015 has been an incredibly busy year for me so far; the Aspen Valley’s housing market has really picked up and as a result, I’ve rather neglected my blog! I’m delighted to report that with $30 million in personal sales to date (representing both buyers and sellers and we aren’t even halfway through the year), this is a clear indication of how the market has bounced back with a vengeance from its 6-year slumber.
In fact, the market has been active since last fall, with Aspen houses and condos leading the way and the other markets quickly catching up; inventories are shrinking, leading to price increases in Aspen and that trend is quickly spreading down the valley.
